Where do we ship?

DOMESTIC ORDERS We ship all orders from Sydney, AUSTRALIA, to anywhere within Australia.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 4 – 9 business days.
  • Arrival Time: Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided at checkout for specific details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping via airmail to the following countries:

  • America, New Zealand, Canada, Israel, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, South Africa, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Taiwan, and Mexico.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: All international orders are shipped for a flat rate of $24.99.

  • Customs and Import Duties: Any customs taxes or import duties will be billed directly to customers once the parcel reaches its destination country. Desti has no control over customs and import taxes, and we cannot advise the exact cost of any applicable taxes charged at customs.

Important: Once your order is made, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to the order after it has been placed and confirmed.

Desti Returns Policy

 

At Desti, we are committed to providing high-quality infant products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our returns policy is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and to provide you with clear guidelines for returning items.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Our team will assess the item to determine if it is faulty.

  • Major Faults: If the item is assessed as having a major fault, you are entitled to choose between a replacement or a refund.
  • Minor Faults: For items with minor faults, we will offer a repair or, if that is not possible, a replacement.

Process for Returning Faulty Items

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@destiactive.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item.
  2. Assessment: We may request photos or further details to assess the fault. In some cases, we may require you to return the item for inspection. 
  3. Resolution: Once the item is confirmed as faulty, we will proceed with the agreed-upon resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) this is at our discretion in line with ACL. 

Change of Mind

We do not offer exchanges, replacements, or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.

  • Proof of Purchase: To process any return, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
  • Return Shipping: If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For non-faulty items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
