Where do we ship?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sydney, AUSTRALIA to anywhere within the Australia.
Orders are typically processed within 1 – 2 business days and ship via Australian Post. Arrival time can be seen below.

We currently offer international shipping via airmail. All international orders are shipped for a flat rate. Please see shipping guidelines below.
IMPORTANT: Any customs taxes or import duties will be billed directly to customers once the parcel reaches its destination country.
Desti has no control over customs and import tax and we cannot advise the exact cost of any applicable taxes charged at customs.
*Once your order is made we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.

All refunds and returns must be made within 21 days from date of receipt of item/s.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind on an item, you may return it for an exchange, providing that goods are returned within 21 days and meet the below conditions.
To return/exchange an item, please check that:
• Goods are in saleable condition
• Goods are unworn and unused with original tags attached and/or sealed packaging
• Goods are not subject to the exclusions list
• You have retained a copy of your Tax Invoice
Please note that the above change of mind policy does not impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations.
We pride ourselves in Quality
We undergo strict quality control and provide a guarantee. So if for some unforeseen circumstance your product doesn't perform for you due to a manufacture defect, your purchase may be returned within 21 days for a full refund once Desti deems the product faulty.
If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Desti at its absolute discretion reserves the right not to offer an exchange for change of mind.
Sale items however are considered final sale and are unable to be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.
HOW TO CONDUCT A RETURN?
- Send an email to Desti requesting a return form with your order number.
- You will receive a return form within 1 business day which you will need to fill in the return form and include this with your invoice and items you wish to return.
- Print the Returns Label to be placed on your returns parcel and take this to your nearest post outlet.
- Desti does not cover the cost of any returns unless it is due to a manufacturing fault which will be reimbursed to the customer with their refund. Returns are to be paid for by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
All refunds will be made within 7-10 business after receiving the item and after a quality testing has been done. Refunds for purchases will be given using your original payment method.
